[\/vc_column_text][vc_toggle title=”How can I use the different lenses in ProCamera (Ultra Wide, Wide, Tele)?” style=”simple” color=”white” el_id=”1455119845726-1aaacdf8-c9df”]In contrast to other camera applications, ProCamera provides the option to use each individual camera system (Ultra Wide, Wide, Tele) as well as the special fusion camera mode.<\/p>\n

If you are using a device equipped with multiple lenses on the back, tap the zoom factor buttons to switch between available focal length options. A white outline around all available zoom factor buttons indicates that fusion mode is active \u2013 in single lens mode only the currently active lens is highlighted by a white outline.<\/p>\n

In our automatic A mode, where the camera automatically selects the best camera settings, fusion is automatically used when needed. The sophisticated image fusion automatically merges multiple images to create an optimized final photo \u2013 and therefore may\u00a0overwrite manual exposure time and ISO settings.\u00a0This is why our fully manual M and semi-automatic SI mode don\u2019t utilize image fusion once you have dialed in manual exposure settings.[\/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title=”The app does not download from the App Store and hangs in waiting state. What can I do?” style=”simple” color=”white” el_id=”1455119845796-ce1b27b9-09f2″]Please try the following:<\/p>\n

1) Delete the app from your phone (long press the home screen icon, tap Delete App).<\/p>\n

2) Go to the App Store app > tap the user avatar in the top right corner > scroll all the way down and sign out.<\/p>\n

3) Restart your iPhone (https:\/\/support.apple.com\/en-us\/HT201559<\/a>).<\/p>\n

4) Try downloading the app once more. You will need to enter your Apple-ID.<\/p>\n

We have heard of sporadic cases where downloading failed at first, but after a while and various attempts it would always work in the end. Please make sure you are connected to the internet.<\/p>\n

If necessary, please contact the App Store and report what happened via\u00a0https:\/\/getsupport.apple.com<\/a>\u00a0or reportaproblem.apple.com<\/strong><\/a>.[\/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title=”How can I purchase vividHDR in ProCamera and LowLight Plus?” style=”simple” color=”white” el_id=”1455119845857-d90ace35-05ff”]We offer an In-App Shop<\/strong> where you conveniently unlock premium features like vividHDR. Go to Control Panel > Settings > Shop to browse available options.<\/p>\n

LowLight Plus camera mode is not available on the latest devices.<\/p>\n

[\/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title=”The app sometimes crashes when taking a lot of photos. What can I do?” style=”simple” color=”white” el_id=”1455119845917-60290d72-58f6″]The issue may be related to device memory. Please perform a restart of the iPhone as indicated here: https:\/\/support.apple.com\/en-us\/HT201559<\/a><\/p>\n

Generally, it is not necessary to restart the iPhone in order to use ProCamera. However, as HDR and LowLight Plus both use multi bracket capture, both modes require a lot of system memory. If the iPhone has not been restarted for a long time or if there are other apps using system resources in the background, the operating system might not have enough memory available for these two special modes to work properly.<\/p>\n

In case issues persist after restarting repeatedly, please write to us via the in-app support option.[\/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title=”How can I change the order of the camera modes and hide modes that I do not use?” style=”simple” color=”white” el_id=”1455119845668-4bb6dc36-c5c8″]Open the Camera Mode Selector<\/strong> by tapping the three dot icon next to the shutter button. Scroll to the right end of the list and tap the menu icon (three dot icon).<\/p>\n

In the \u201eRearrange Camera Modes<\/strong>\u201c sheet, you can hide camera modes (except for Photo mode) and change their order of appearance. Long press the three line icon at the right side to move a mode up or down the list.<\/p>\n

This order will also be reflected in our widget and the home screen quick actions.<\/p>\n

\"Pull_to_Open_Gesture_ModeConfiguration\"<\/a>[\/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title=”I keep getting asked to restore my in-app purchase (even after restoring successfully). Not sure if my purchase has gone through.” style=”simple” color=”white” el_id=”1455263645571-4ac23a8b-66c0″]Try tapping the \u201eBuy\u201c button instead of the \u201eRestore purchase\u201c button and make sure you are connected to the internet.<\/p>\n

There\u2019s no risk. If the purchase has gone through once, you will not be charged a second time for the same item.[\/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title=”I don\u2019t see the flash and the front\/back camera icon or I can not switch camera modes anymore, there is only one shutter button.” style=”simple” color=”white” el_id=”1455263698008-52c01df0-1f0a”]You may have enabled the “Medium” or “Light” On-Screen-Display mode in the Viewfinder.<\/p>\n

You can switch between three levels of On-Screen Display Modes<\/strong>\u00a0(Standard<\/em>, Medium<\/em> & Light<\/em>) via Control Panel.\u00a0Standard<\/em> mode provides complete control over all the display elements, whereas Medium<\/em>\u00a0mode offers a streamlined view with less display elements. Light<\/em> mode gives you the most puristic camera experience.<\/p>\n

Flash and front camera are not available in HDR and LowLight Plus mode, however.<\/p>\n

I am connected to the internet, however.” style=”simple” color=”white” el_id=”1455292163759-6aad20d7-cdcb”]Please make sure you are a logged in with the Apple ID<\/strong> that you have used to purchase the app. In-App-Purchases can only be bought with the same Apple ID as was used for buying the app.<\/p>\n

1) Go to the App Store app > tap user avatar in the top right corner, scroll to the bottom of the sheet and sign out your current Apple ID.<\/p>\n

2) Log in with the Apple ID that you have used to purchase ProCamera.<\/p>\n

3) Now you should be able to purchase HDR and LowLight Plus in ProCamera.<\/p>\n

A connection to the internet is needed in order to purchase or restore an in-app purchase.[\/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title=”How do I use a bluetooth remote shutter?” style=”simple” color=”white” el_id=”1475340424020-b9cd1122-9912″]Please make sure you have Volume Buttons<\/strong> turned on by opening the Control Panel > Settings > Volume Buttons > On.<\/p>\n

On principle, you can trigger ProCamera’s shutter remotely via bluetooth if your third party bluetooth shutter emulates a headset.[\/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title=”How do I activate the torch feature (steady light)?” style=”simple” color=”white” el_id=”1481822000682-a35792c8-b4f2″]Tapping the flash icon<\/strong> in the top left corner of the screen toggles between the Auto\/On\/Off settings for the built-in flash. To activate a continuous light (torch feature), you simply need to long press<\/strong> the flash icon. A torch symbol<\/strong> will appear right next to the flash icon \u2013 a second single tap on the torch will deactivate the steady light.<\/p>\n

In addition, you can also set the intensity of the torch light by tapping on the bars right next to the torch icon.<\/p>\n

Long press the torch icon to switch between torch intensity slider and Time\/ISO display.<\/p>\n

The torch feature is available in Photo, LowLight, and Portrait camera mode. In Video and Bothie mode, the steady light is always used instead of single flashes of light.[\/vc_toggle][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row type=”2″ padding_bottom=”20″][vc_column offset=”vc_hidden-xs”]
