New features in ProCamera’s holiday update (v-3.5) are:<\/p>\n

Codescanner: <\/strong>Read more about > Codescanner capabilities<\/a>. Codescanner takes ProCamera to a new level! Scan QR, DataMatrix and EAN codes and instantly capture product, service, and event info on your iDevice. Website URLs can be opened instantly; events or vCards can be easily added to your calendar or address book; phone numbers can be dialed with one tap; contents can be copied and pasted. And you can share any worthy info with your friends via e-mail, SMS, Twitter, and Facebook. Combine it with Steady Light to scan codes at night.<\/p>\n

Videozoom:\u00a0<\/strong>Many of our users have requested the ability to use zoom while recording video. ProCamera has responded by implementing \u201cvideo zoom\u201d in the best way possible (with current hardware abilities). To maintain the optimal frame-rate and quality, video zoom is applied after the video is recorded (post processing). This may take a while for lengthy videos, but will result in high quality videos with 25fps. This is an optional feature, which can be deactivated to get maximum performance.<\/p>\n

New Preview View:\u00a0<\/strong>The new preview view (when Auto-Save is turned off) now supports 8x zooming and rotation. This allows you to inspect your photos in detail, from all angles and\/or \u201cclose in\u201d, before you choose to save or discard them.<\/p>\n

Activate Green Mode to save battery life. The device will enter an energy saving mode after the defined timeout in iOS settings. Additionally, GPS resources will be used in a more battery-saving way. If everyone used our new Green Mode effectively, there will be less battery charging necessary, and hence our small contribution to the environment, not to mention a few pennies deducted from your power bill.<\/p>\n
